The center
The BPH Bordeaux Population Health Research Centre is dedicated to research on key public health priorities across a diverse range of disciplines. Our teams aim to generate high-quality scientific evidence to :
- better understand disease mechanisms
- prevent their occurrence in the population
- provide optimal patient care.
BPH is a research unit of INSERM (National Institute for Medical Research, U 1219) and University of Bordeaux.
The teams
Ten teams were recognised by Inserm and University of Bordeaux in the 2022-2027 contract.
Each team in the Centre has its own research agenda.
However they also capitalise on the complementarity in their research are as and methods, by collaborating on joint projects.
