Installation ceremony of the senior members of the Institut Universitaire de France

On Friday, October 18, 2024, the installation ceremony for the new members of the French University Institute (IUF) took place in the Grand Amphitheater of the Sorbonne, in the presence of Mr. Patrick Hetzel, Minister of Higher Education and Research.

The winners, known as IUF members, are professors and researchers selected by an international jury for the exceptional quality of their research.

Hélène Amieva has been appointed senior member under the fundamental chair as of October 1
